Scrambled Eggs with Thyme Herb Butter

Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring!


* 2 large eggs

* 1 tbsp Thyme Herb Compound Butter



* lightly whisk eggs together

* heat frying pan to medium heat

* add butter and let it melt – do not let it brown!

* pour egg mixture into centre of pan, let it sit for 20 seconds without stirring

* with a spatula or wooden spoon, stir and start folding the edges into the centre of the pan gently until large soft curds are formed
