Gourmet Compound Butter Flavours

BEARNAISE BUTTER: unsalted butter, tarragon, shallots, lemon juice, sea salt

Pairing  Suggestion: Delightful flavour enhancer to top any meat, poultry, fish or seafood. Mix with vegetables, pasta, grains and egg dishes. Great base for making mussels too!

 
THYME HERB BUTTER: unsalted butter, thyme, shallots, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and zest, paprika, sea salt, black pepper

Pairing Suggestion:  A versatile flavour maker. Top, rub or stuff your meats and poultry - even burgers. Mix with vegetables, pastas, grains. This butter is wonderful in scrambled eggs and frittatas too!

ROASTED GARLIC BUTTER: unsalted butter, roasted garlic with hint of olive oil, sea salt, black pepper
